Best AI Finder exists to help companies make smarter software decisions. We independently research, test, and review AI-native tools that replace expensive legacy software. Our goal is to be the most trusted resource for businesses modernizing their tech stack.

We believe accurate, unbiased information is the foundation of that trust. This editorial policy explains exactly how we work and how we maintain our independence.

Editorial Independence

Our editorial team operates completely independently from our business and revenue operations. This means:

• Vendors cannot pay for reviews or rankings. No amount of money will change a tool's score or position in our directory.
• Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content. A tool with an affiliate link receives the same rigorous evaluation as a tool without one.
• We do not accept free software in exchange for positive coverage. If we use a tool's free trial or receive a demo account, we disclose it and it has no bearing on scoring.
• Our editorial team has final say on all content. No external party—including investors, advertisers, or vendors—can alter, approve, or delay our content before publication.

How We Test and Score Tools

Every tool in our directory is personally tested by our editorial team using a standardized 7-day testing protocol. We evaluate five dimensions:

Content Accuracy & Updates

The software landscape changes rapidly. We are committed to keeping our content accurate and current:

• Category rankings are reviewed and updated quarterly
• Pricing information is verified monthly against vendor websites
• Major product updates trigger an expedited re-evaluation of affected tools
• All articles display a "Last Updated" date so readers know the recency of our information

What We Don't Do

• We do not publish sponsored reviews or "native advertising" disguised as editorial content
• We do not rely solely on vendor-provided demos or marketing materials
• We do not score tools we haven't personally used under real-world conditions
• We do not suppress negative findings to protect commercial relationships

Corrections Policy

When we make a factual error, we correct it promptly and transparently. Significant corrections are noted at the top of the article with the correction date and a brief description of what changed. We never silently edit articles to remove errors.
